Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 20 days of the check-in date will result in a 100% charge of the total booking amount.
No-shows will be charged the full amount of the reservation.

For any modifications or cancellations, please contact us at least 30 days before your scheduled arrival to avoid charges.

Note:

Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after the cancellation request is approved.
Early departures during your stay are considered as cancellations and are subject to the same policies outlined above.
