Step 1: Express Your Interest

Begin your safari journey by reviewing our safari guide and trip samples. Once you have an idea of what you’re looking for, express your interest by contacting us. Share your preferences, including:

• Type of package (pre-designed or tailor-made)

• Preferred travel dates

• Group size

Step 2: Personalised Consultation

We will discuss your safari preferences through direct messaging, calls, or emails. Our team will guide you through different options, offering recommendations until we finalize the perfect itinerary tailored to your needs.

Step 3: Accommodation Availability & Reservations

Once we finalize your safari itinerary, we will check the availability of lodges and camps. If accommodations are available, we will place provisional reservations. In case of unavailability, we will provide suitable alternatives for your approval before finalising the bookings.

Step 4: Deposit & Payment Details
To confirm your booking, we require a 30% deposit of the total safari cost. You can choose from the following payment options:

• REVOLUT (No extra fees)

• BANK TRANSFER ($10 - $15 surcharge)

• CARD PAYMENT (4% card transaction fee applies)

The remaining balance can be settled in USD, Euros, or GBP cash upon arrival.
